Aurelio is a great friend of Sarava's, a neighbor who also produces excellent olive oil, but above all operates behind the stoves of this restaurant, which has been in the family for several generations. His adorable mom is always on hand in the kitchen and takes care of the pastries. At Antica Locanda di Sesto you'll enjoy delicious beef and duck, but we can't go to Aurelio's without tasting his pasta with guanciale cooked in a wheel of pecorino (no parmesan!).
