A family affair! And a Neapolitan one at that. Behind the counter, in the dining room or in the pastry laboratory you'll find three generations. Barbara, her parents, her siblings and the children. It's a bar that has retained its simple charm, nothing ostentatious, nothing ostentatious, just a smile, a warm welcome and homemade Neapolitan pastries.

The Neapolitan friend who introduced us to Bar del Teatro asked us the following question:

"Do you know what the three best pastries in the world are?

The Neapolitan Baba, the Neapolitan Sfogliatella and the Neapolitan Pastiera!" That says it all...
