Bimbotto
A slow-fermented Roman-style pizza, with thin, crispy dough, to be enjoyed in a garden or in one of the rooms opening onto the garden. Nicola, the owner, makes his own craft beer. A typical, protected location 10 minutes south of Lucca's walls in the hills. A must for Italian families from the surrounding area (and further afield). Plenty of tables in the restaurant's many rooms, a good last-minute address when other restaurants are fully booked.
