Eggs with Olive Oil

Recently, while on vacation in the south of France, my wife, Arrow, and I discovered a simple yet extremely delicious way to enjoy our morning eggs for breakfast; with olive oil. While having breakfast at a small boutique hotel, I was served cloud-like scrambled eggs and my wife was served a perfectly dippy soft boiled egg. Both were drizzled with premium quality olive oil and topped with fleur de sel and ground pepper from Madagascar. Since then, we can never eat eggs without olive oil again.
