Olive Oil Ice Cream with Fleur de Sel
In Japan, it is very common to mix sweet and savoury flavours together and experiment with them in the kitchen. Since where I live is currently experiencing and intense heat wave, I took some French Vanilla ice cream and drizzled some SARAVA Olive Oil on top. Absolutely delicious!
