The whole of Lucca drops in, if not once a day, at least once a week at Gino's. Originally a bottega for finding the best fruit and vegetables in town, Gino and his wife Francesca have slowly but surely expanded their business: first by offering delicious ready-made meals like you'd love to have at home every day, then by offering a selection of wines and champagnes worthy of an excellent wine merchant, and finally by recently opening "Gino bistrot" so you can taste the best products sold on the grocery side on the spot. A rigorous selection of products combined with a perfectly mastered cuisine results in a seasonal menu where you'll find what you're looking for as the seasons go by. Open evenings in summer.
